MSW is back for 2017, and with it comes the most fabulous Starcoin collection of the year - Wild Candy Couture!!! If you haven't checked out the store yet, go over there right now, because there are tons of amazing looks at a price we can all afford (with a little Starcoin saving, perhaps). Most dresses are available in two colours, so you can choose the one you prefer...or just get both! I've already picked up two dresses from this year's collection, and once I've earned some more Starcoins, I'll be headed back for more.

When styling these items, the dresses in particular, I always try to let the dress be the star; other items are just there to accentuate it. In my two looks below, I chose accessories based on the dress.

For the pink prom dress, I wanted to convey girlishness and fun, so I added dainty shoes and earrings, and a sparkly clutch to cap it off. (Really, you can't go wrong with the fancy dress + cute clutch combo.)

My second outfit, again, focuses on this lovely black dress. I wasn't a huge fan of the sheer panel at the midriff, so I covered it with a black belt with gold accents, and finished off with fairly basic items that would make the dress the star of the show.

Bonus: I dug out one of my favourite WCC dresses from last year, which is an absolute showstopper. I love the way the slit draws attention to the leg, so I went a bit bolder with my shoe choice here.
