Katherine Heigl vieraili Villalobos Rescue Centerissä, joka on Amerikan suurin Pit Bullien pelastuskeskus.
Greyn anatomia -sarjan näyttelijä ja hänen äitinsä kävivät suojelualueella, jolla asustaa noin 200 Pit Bullia. Sekä Katherine että hänen äitinsä rakastavat koiria ja ovat mukana niiden pelastustyössä Los Angelesissa.
Samalla suojelualueella asuu myös susia, pesukarhuja, pantteri, karhuja sekä tiikeri.
