 Entertainment Weekly reports:
Matthew Perry will play a grown-up version of co-star Zac Efron in New Line's teen comedy 17.
Director Burr Steers (Igby Goes Down) will helm the project, about a middle-aged father who wakes up to find he's 17 again and enrolls in high school to get closer to his kids.
A magical movie combination of Zac Efron and Chandler Bing from Friends. It's like a High School Musical version of when Jeff Goldblum got in the mix-em-up mad scientist machine with that crazy Fly.
Or maybe when Chandler and Joey did their famous shared TV Guide Subscription. Let's flashback shall we:
Ross: Every week, the TV Guide comes to Chandler and Joey's apartment. What name appears on the address label?
Rachel: Oh! Chandler gets it! It's Chandler Bing!
 Monica: No!
Ross: I'm afraid the TV Guide comes to "Chanandelor Bong."
Monica: I knew that! Rachel! Use your head!
Chandler: Actually, it's Miss Chanandelor Bong.

Sounds like it shades of 'Freaky Friday', 'Big' and '13 Going on 30' with a little 'Mrs. Doubtfire' thrown in.

With the Zacster on Board .... and a High School Theme I am going to go out on a limb and predict big box office. Brave of me, I know. It's okay hold your applause.
