A FREAKY FRIDAY REBOOT is COMING...

Freaky Friday is a teen fantasy film originally released on August 6, 2003. This means the fun drama is officially 15 years old this Monday!

The premise? Anna and her Mom Tess, are very different people, who happen to body swap, and quite litterally live in each other's shoes for a day.

The events that take place during the swap lead to a climax and resolution, making it a fun and endearing coming of age story for all audiences. I've probably watched this movie a million times, and learning about the new reboot is actually exciting for me.

Lindsey Lohan was the queen of Disney Channel.

As a millenial, I grew up watching all kinds of Disney Channel classics, which of course featured LiLo herself.

Perhaps, some of you know her best from pop culture hits by the likes of Mean Girls, and the Parent Trap. 

Her performance alongside Hollywood legend Jamie Lee Curtis -- if you love the idea of waking up in your mom's body, and her waking up in yours -- is one that can't be missed! I'm feeling so nostalgic, I think I will watch the original to prep for the reboot, which will be released on August 10, this Friday on the Disney Channel.
