Ashley Tisdale stepped into the Shamrock Tattoo shop in Hollywood California yesterday where she was walking around with her boyfriend.
Ashley was inside the shop for about 30 mintures looking through different tattoo books, she came out with one on the shoulder! How do we know - you can see the bandage on her back!
