I've been on Stardoll for eight years now and I've seen it evolve into something amazing. My friend aarabhi runs the club TheMore-Mature for people who have been on stardoll for a while and she created a topic called 'Do You Remember?' where other dolls have been reminicing about how Stardoll used to be when we joined and it really got me thinking about what made me join this site and why I love it.

I joined this site because an old friend I went to school with told me all about it. She is no longer on Stardoll, but I will be eternally thankful that she introduced me to this site.

When I joined stardoll 10-year-old me wanted to be a fashion designer (and still do)! One of the things I loved doing was looking around Starplaza to get ideas and inspiration for my designs. It's still an amazing place to look to find trend inspiration for my real-life wardrobe.

Stardoll was a really different place then- Starplaza was significantly smaller and a lot of the shops were different. There was a Sephora store which was one of my favourites, but was later replaced with Dot as we now have. Pretty 'n' love was also named 'Pretty in Pink' which is why you may still see some pieces in starbazaar named something like 'PIP sandals' PIP stands for Pretty in Pink.
