We spotted character Blair Waldorf (Leighton Meester) showing of a classy and conservative look wearing a floral print skirt and canary tie-neck blouse, while Serena van der Woodsen (Blake Lively) opted a vibrant citrus look featured an orange top and a flowery hippie skirt.
