Lately, I've had absolutely no idea what to do with my suite. I love the idea of having a modern living area in my main suite, but with my limited Starcoin budget, I had never been able to come up with any setups that I really liked. They all seemed too fake! It was so hard to work with the flooring and walls that were already there!

I needed to really change things up. First, I invested in a DIY floor. It fits perfectly in my main suite, and all the patterns available are so cheap and versatile. There are tons of options in the Starplaza or Suite Shop.

Having nothing to separate your wall and your new floor isn't a great look. Take a couple windows with white frames or some DIY white cupboards, turn them so the long edge is horizontal, and place them behind your newly installed floor. This simple white line makes your suite look much crisper and cleaner. If you don't quite have enough material to do the whole floor, just place some furniture along the edge of the wall to hide the missing sections.

Then there are the preset walls in your suites - on both far edges in all of them and one more noticeable one in the main suite. There are lots of ways to cover them up! You could add a wallpaper (again, a Stardollar investment), a door, or a floor-to-ceiling window. That's what I love about Stardoll; the options are endless!
