In the comments for my Turtlenecks post, GoldenSinger50 said that she loved the style of the Rose Coco Wilhelmina Pal I used to model some of my fave turtlenecks with. I decided to do a tutorial inspired by that Pal for those of you who love that look too!
 

The Basics

To start off, it's important to find similar facial features as the original Pal. All the ones I used below are available for non-SS members, so anyone can create this base look if they've unlocked the features! Here are the things you should take into account for this look - use them to decide on the features you use.

- Short, feathery red/auburn hair
- Well groomed red/auburn eyebrows
- Hazel coloured almond eyes
- Delicate nose
- Slight pale cheek shading
- Thin pink lips
 

Advanced
For those of us with some makeup or Stardollars to spare, this look can be improved upon by using these things creatively:

- Superstar or Tress Up hair with Doree colouring
- Thin black mascara above eyes
- Light bronze eyeshadow
- Transform/Stardesign face masks
- Lip gloss
- Light blush below pale face shading
