Cougar Town star Busy Philipps brought a special little person to work with her yesterday, her cutiepie daughter Birdie!

It looks like Birdie takes after her mom too, as it took both Busy and her nanny to keep her from running wild!

We bet that not much work got done on set yesterday with such an adorable distraction!
