Today, I had a request from LindsyMarie, to do a Rose Tyler look-a-like from Doctor Who! If you are a Whovian like me, I hope I did okay!

I went for Rose's earlier look rather than the later ones.

Rose has hazel eyes, so either green or brown would work. Rose also has very dark hair roots, so if you want to incorporate that, highlight the roots a dark brown. 

Rose wears little makeup, so if you are going to wear anything, try neutral eyeshadows, a slight contour, and lipgloss!
